Items purchased from Firecracker Gear may be returned within 30 days of the in-store purchase or delivery of your online order for a FULL refund. Returns will all be refunded in the method of original payment. The cost of shipping is non refundable after the order is shipped.

 

All returns/exchanges must have original receipt and tags attached.

 

All returns/exchanges must be mailed to or brought into our Huntington Beach location within the 60 days.

 

Items can be exchanged, or store credit will be issued within 60 days of the in-store purchase or delivery of your online order with the original receipt and tags attached.

 

ANY returns/exchanges will NOT be accepted after 60 days of the original in-store purchase or delivery of your online order. NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

All sales are final for any clearance marked items.

 

Returns/Exchanges By Mail

Items purchased online may be returned by mail as long as the guidelines above are met. Please note that original shipping fees paid will not be refunded as part of your return. Any returns by mail after 60 days of the delivery of your items will not be accepted.

 

Return/Exchange by MAIL Procedure

  1. Send returns/exchanges to:

  2. Include a packing slip indicating your full name, contact number, the order ID, and items you would like in exchange for the return. Please indicate items returning for a refund and the reason you would like to return them.
  3. A Firecracker Gear associate will contact you regarding any further charges for exchanged items.
  4. A tracking confirmation will be sent to you upon shipping of your exchanged item.
